Collector nozzle localization
- Vision system is 3D Laser Vision System including integrated localization SW, which recognize scanned object and provides its coordinates for robot.
- We can guarantee in avg. cca 95 % overlapping during scanning ladle collector nozzle. Theoretically up to accuracy in all axes +/- 1mm. Time of scanning was less than 3 sec. Scanning distance is between 3,3m to 4m.
- Reinguss 3D Laser Vision system can be used for automatic docking with ladle shroud manipulator. From September 2017 will be available Reinguss 3D Laser Vision system /Laser Class 1R.
- For heavy duty application we provide for Vision system industrial housing / air cooled and heated with air over pressured lance cleaning and integration to master terminal of Automatic Ladle shroud manipulator.
