Another Mobile flux feeder is on the way to customer. Reinguss studied in detail whole site conditions at Casting platform and select customized prototype of Reinguss PMFFS /Pneumatic Mobile Flux Feeding System for continuous pneumatic conveying granulated mold powders from containers to moulds. PMFFS is pneumatic system using Vacuum pump and Conveying system suck and transport mould flux from container or big bag through conveying system to internal bin, where material is feed out by venturi pneumatic ejectors/air accelerators to 4 separate feeding lines from central unit to distributors placed at the both sides of each mould. PMFFS control incoming material flow by Vacuum Pump and outgoing material by pneumatic ejectors.
