NEW 3D Laser Vision System

We successfully run an industrial test with our new Reinguss 3D Laser Vision System, that could also work as a vision system for Reinguss ladle shroud manipulators. The Reinguss Vision system enables dock ladle shrouds automatically.

Generally, it’s unique 3D Laser Vision System including integrated localization SW, which recognize scanned objects and provides its coordinates for the robot. We can guarantee in Avg. Cut 92 % overlapping during scanning ladle collector nozzle. Accuracy in all axes +/- 1mm. Time of scanning was less than 3 sec.
